John E. Graf is a Pittsburgh attorney and award-winning businessman with nearly 35 years of experience in commercial litigation, transactions, and hospitality-related legal matters. With over 22 years dedicated to developing and operating boutique hotels, event spaces, catering services, and food outlets, John brings a unique perspective to his practice. He has represented clients in cases ranging from property development and intellectual property protection to contract disputes and employment matters.

John is a 1986 graduate of Georgetown University (including studies at Brasenose College, Oxford University) and a 1990 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Additionally, he earned a Certificate of Completion from the University of Pittsburgh Katz School’s Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence Entrepreneurial Fellows Program.
